Passenger Policy

We observe all local traffic laws and ordinances. The following are Passenger Policies and general guidelines for chauffeured transportation etiquette. Your driver has the authority to make exceptions to these guidelines, grant or deny requests, and reserves the right to add additional guidelines and charges, within reason, as he deems appropriate. 

1. Please allow the driver to open and close doors for you.

This is an important part of the chauffeur’s job and shows that you respect their service. It’s also a way to ensure your safety.

2. Be Respectful.

Remember while your driver is providing a service to you they are at work and should be treated with courtesy and respect. Likewise, be courteous to your fellow passengers as well. 

Abusive, confrontational, or threatening language or gestures will not be tolerated; whether directed towards your driver, other people, or amongst those in your group. This includes the use of racial or discriminatory terms regardless of context. Everyone is entitled to a non-hostile environment.

3. No Smoking

Smoking in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Violation of our No Smoking Policy will be subject to a $100 charge per violation

4. Help keep vehicles clean.

We detail and sanitize our vehicles after each use for our passengers' comfort and pleasure. We ask that you help keep our vehicles clean. This includes ensuring that your shoes, clothing, and personal items are free of sand before entering the vehicle. Any trip resulting in excessive cleaning or repairs to excessive or deliberate damage will be subject to additional charges including cost of cleaning and/or repairs and service charges.

5. No outside open containers. 

We want your stay in St. Thomas to be memorable, and we are happy to keep our passengers and the island safe as your designated driver; however, we ask that you drink responsibly and respectfully. In the event that we observe anyone in your group has exceeded a safe or responsible state of intoxication, we reserve the right to refuse any further transfers to public places and deny you alcoholic beverages (if available on board) during your transfer.

6. Safety of our passengers, drivers, and other drivers is our top priority. 

No loud, disruptive, or other behavior which may distract your driver or be unsafe to you and those in your group. Please remain seated in the back passenger area of the vehicle and refrain from reaching into the front driver area of the vehicle at all times. Follow your drivers instructions at all times. No horseplaying or behavior that may be unsafe to you, those in your group, or your driver. Your driver reserves the right to terminate the transfer or refuse service.

Service Policies

Reservations

Please provide all required information on the reservation form. Upon confirmation of your reservation please provide a valid debit or credit card. Your card will act in the place of a deposit to hold your reserved vehicle and will not be charged without your prior approval.

Cancellations

Any cancelation received between 2 and 4 hours prior to the pre-arranged pick-up time will be billed 50% of the fare,

Any cancellation received less than 2 hours prior to the pre-arranged pick-up time will be billed at the full rate of the trip, including all expected charges.

Refunds.

We do not offer refunds for services rendered however, our clients' satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. In the event that you are not satisfied with the services provided, partial refunds or offers will be considered on a case by case basis.
